How do people find time to exercise?

I've heard of people with desk jobs replacing their chairs with those giant balance balls and sitting on them all day instead. It's actually a great core workout. How far from your house is the train? You could go for a light jog without getting all sweaty and gross before work, if it's not too far for you. Just try to find small spaces of time throughout your day to get in some exercise, and do longer, more extensive work outs on your days off of work.
