I recieved unsolicited mail with pornography, what legal actions can I take?

I am EXTREMLY pissed off! I received an advertisement mailing that contained photos containing full frontal nudity, anal sex, and a few choice other photos for a mens sexual stamina pill. I would not be so upset, but I had my granchild in my lap while opening it and the contents fell out onto the table with the photos exposed. What legal recourse do I have? I am not so much interested in sueing them, but would like for them to be fined by the government and shut down their business practices. I would like to go so far as to inform CNN or someone like that. I don't want financial gain, just expose their sleezy tactics. I do plan to go to the post office and show them as I know it has to be illegal to mail unsolicited pornography. Any suggests on how to bring it to national attention and the proper authorities for them to be fined?

Completely depends on the department. Call the non-emergency number and they will tell you. Some departments carry a lock-out kit and will have you sign a waiver that basically says if your car is damaged you cannot hold the department liable.

Why is my guinea pig squeaking?

My guinea pig squeaks constantly, I'll feed it, it will pause to eat but less then a minute later it will start again. Why is my mouse acting strangely?

My mouse has been super hyper and active for the past 2 days, she's rearranged her cage and is making high pitched trilling squeaks. honestly the best thing you can do is cuddle him lots spend about 2 hours a day with himn just sat on your lap infront of the telly or something feed him little bits of cabbage or parsley while hes with you (BUT NOT TO MUCH) this works so much better than any games you can do. it worked with my two girls :)

98 malibu squeaks sometimes while sitting still but mostly when driving. Its been happening for a couple months now the check engine light came on. Could it be the serpentine belt? And if so if u fixed the belt will the light automatically go off??

How do i know when to change my toyota corolla 2007 brake pads?

I old Ford Focus car make squeaking sounds when i was driving and not using the brakes letting me know to get the pads changed but my corolla made no sounds like that but just today I noticed that my corolla makes a grinding sound when I start coming to a complete stop. This makes me think that the pads are completely worn and the rotators are getting grinded down. I read something saying that toyota uses cheap pads so they don't make sounds when you break where my ford was very loud when I would break letting me know that my pads needed to be replaced. How to tell if my rat is injured?

I walked into my room about an hour ago to find my little brother squeezing my rat so hard it was squeaking in pain. I got the rat out of his hands and put her back in her cage. I had (finally) just managed to get the rat to trust me, but now it's cowering in the corner of the cage and refuses to come out. I took her out anyways just because I wanted to take a look at her and make sure she was still walking okay, she was, and as soon as my brother let go she stopped squeaking. I'm still worried though that he may have hurt her. Is there any way I can tell? And will the rat never trust people again now? =/

I am getting squeaking sounds from the left front brakes,everytime I press the brake pedal,while driving?

I have replaced the brake pads,calliper and rotor. I also have used,brake grease on the pad slider clips and anti chatter compound on the back of the pads. All for nothing. The anti lock light comes on ,on the dash and so does the service traction system light.I,sometimes get a pulsating pedal when I ,apply the brakes too.

Need some good, reliable advice on my new guinea pigs?

We just purchased 2 female guinea pigs from a breeder. They are terrified of us and every noise around, all they do is hide all day and go nuts all night. I take them out once a day to "get exercise"and one cowers and goes into statue mode and the other one hides in the tube i got for playtime) I try to snuggle them so they can get use to me that way, and one goes nuts and the other one just sits there like a bump on a log shaking. Also, They have barely make a squeak or peep since we got them and I thought they made lots of noise.....they won't eat the fresh fruits adn veggies i but out for them either........ My son had a head injury several years ago and we found out he has a cyst on the frontal lobe of his brain.( we did not know he had this until he had the injury which was there since birth) He was doing fine until I got sick last year. I thought she was going to come back but instead her nurse said we call you. A day later the office called and blew me out of the water. what we discussed and thought she was going to do was totally different from what we discussed. I was so upset and called a psychiatrist and set up an appointment for my son myself. This doctor did NOT listen to me didn't even think about his old head injury. I know she is concerned about my safety but I wish she would of told me what he was going to do. I feel like this doctor does not want to listen to me because this same doctor set up appointments with specialists for me without discussing it with me and did not ask who I wanted .I am so upset with this doctor and wished I would of stayed where my son and I was at. I sent two packages of items to return on June 17th, one to Ohio and one to New York. Neither have arrived yet?

I made one package, a book returned to sender to go to Ohio. And the second package was a ring I returned to a company in New York. Squeaking, rattling sound and vibration when I turn on my cars AC?

When I turn on my cars (1998 Mercury Mystique) AC my car makes a chrip/squeaking/rattle-type sound and the steering wheel vibrates. When I turn my AC off, it completely stops. And it is only the AC, when I turn it to panel or floor or defrosters it doesn't make the sound.. Only with my AC. The AC works fine, it comes out cold. I had my belt come loose a few times before when I drove over rain puddles, could it be my belt? I'm about to be a sophomore in high school and yes that is plenty of time to think of what to do after high school.. but i'm so lost. I went to the doctor and I thought it was my sinuses but the doctor told me it was allergies. But my forehead is hurting my right at the frontal point of my sinuses. The doctor looked though my nose and he saw nothing. I still think it might be sinus related but I just don't have the power to ask for another opinion. How to calm skittish pet rat who needs eye drops?

Hi there, my fianc� and I got a male rat just over a week ago from a local pet store. Columbus is 13 weeks old, and is very skittish of us. We are able to sometimes give him a treat by hand, but that's all. He will squeak and run away if we try to pick him up. He's bitten my fianc� a few times out of fear, once his teeth grazed the skin so it bled a bit. Normally I would happily take my time to get him to trust us and everything, but we had to take him to the vets last week because he looked like something was wrong with his eye, which turned out to be an eye infection, and we were given eye drops for him that we have to put in his eye once a day. Now my fianc� has left on a camp for the week, which leaves me to deal with the terrified rat by myself. He's very squirmy when I try to pick him up so often gets away. I'm wondering if there's a quick way for him to trust me enough to hold him and put the eye drops in? Thanks :)

Is the baby bunny dead, can't tell?

A minute ago my cat just killed a baby bunny, it bled heavily. You could hear him squeaking. Kicked for about 30 seconds getting slower, stopped. Can not tell any signs of breathing. I can't tell if it's rats or bats in my attic?

I've heard of people with desk jobs replacing their chairs with those giant balance balls and sitting on them all day instead. It's actually a great core workout. How far from your house is the train? You could go for a light jog without getting all sweaty and gross before work, if it's not too far for you. In this case, if the facts of the initial call to the fire department are known to be falsified to effect action on the part of the fire department to come out and conduct and inspection, then this neighbor could file a police report against the other neighbor for a call-out based on false facts. Then it becomes a he-said/she-said situation and unless the call was made to the station on a recorded line which the offended neighbor could cite in a police report against the 'annoying' neighbor, then there is no issue to which can argued and everyone is going to have to learn to get along or get more educated in how to deal with nosy neighbors. You likely have a mild-moderate concussion- type 2 would be my guess. It sounds as though your brain, when you fell, struck the front portion of your skull which is why the majority of your pain is now centered toward the front despite hitting the back, left quadrant against the ground. It may also be possible that when you were in your accident, your brain hit your skull hard enough to cause a leak in brain fluid. A decrease in fluid around the brain would also explain/lend to why you're getting dizzier when you stand as well as why you're having increased nausea. To maintain food intake while minimizing nausea, try eating the B.R.A.T. diet (bananas, plain rice, applesauce, toast) for the next 2-3 days. While it might not fill you up as much, it will provide you with much needed nutrients while calming your stomach. You'll want to avoid loud noises, bright/flashing lights, and further injury to your head and neck for about a week until the symptoms begin to dissipate. Maintain the recommended dosage of an over the counter prescription pain killer such as ibuprofen/motrin or aspirin. Try not to take too much Tylenol if that's all you have as that will often upset your stomach more and potentially cause other issues. Keep up on your fluid intake by drinking lots of water but in slow, steady sips. If you don't begin to feel better or your symptoms don't improve within 5-7 days, it would be a good idea to seek medical attention. If you don't have a doctor or money is tight, you can always go to the ER and talk to a case manager or someone in billing who should be able to either set up a payment plan or use a donation-funded account to cover some or all of your costs. If you were in a crosswalk when you got hit, had police involved, and you got the person's insurance info, it might be a good idea to be seeking medical care through their insurance as part of an accident claim. Most importantly, this is why it's so crucial to wear a helmet. Today i babysat a 3 month year old boy. it went well @ first but than he started crying and screaming. I Changed his diaper, Tried feeding him, walked&bounced him around the house, i tried EVERYTHING. After i gave him his pacifier he calmed down a little bit but i had to CONSTANTLY entertain him and squeak a toy infront of his face non stop. I have an 03 cavalier and there's a strange thunk, click sound coming from the wheels. I don't know which one it is but it sounds like squeaking from outside and inside I sounds like clicking and thunking. Im not sure what my new type of psychiatric therapy is called?

my psychiatrist is starting me on a new type of therapy because i have trouble talking about my emotions. she says it will be very fast and possibly resolve my feelings in one session. I hold a vibrator in each hand and they take turns vibrating, which causes both sides of my brain to work somehow causing the frontal lobe to work and it will overall bring up all of the memories and things i have never been able to talk about, but in a way that i am able to think about them with out the emotion. she described it as sort of an out of body experience. thats what i got from what she told me about the therapy. does anyone know what shes talking about or how it works??

Why does my car make a rubbing sound mostly when I turn a corner?

Help with Complex Partial Seizures?

I am a 22 year old male and I started having complex partial seizures at the age of 13. I never had any head injuries and have absolutely no clue why that they ever started but the first day I had them I probably had at Least ten. It scared me absolutely to death and I kept it a secret for a long time and finally I went to a neurologist and was diagnosed with frontal lobe complex partial seizures and was put on 2 seperate anti-seizure medications. My dosage was increased several times because of breakthrough seizures and at my peak I was on 13 pills a day (3 and 3 in the morning, 4 and 3 at night). Well in 2009 I lost 50 lbs and was totally off my medication for a year but still had seizures every few months and now I've put back on my weight and the seizures are the absolute worst that they've ever been. The symptoms are as follows- diziness, very odd tastes, lip smacking, talking out of my head, amnesia afterwards, sleepiness, depression, and panic. I don't know what to do and I'm having these 3 or 4 days out of the week. Please please help me!!

1994 Isuzu Rodeo Auto Trans Problems?

I have a 94 isuzu rodeo 4wd and automatic transmission. My check trans light is always on and i have to shift it manually from low to 2nd and 3rd. If i leave it in drive it never changes gears and i have to floor it to get it to go anywhere. I've searched online and I might need to change the trans filter and fluid. I also saw that it might be that the alternator belt needs to be tightened. Maybe that's why it squeaks when i start it. But i don't know for sure> can anyone help me?

Help with earth science regents? cold fronts, warm fronts, etc.?

Trileptal side effect in women?

I want to know, does trileptal normally effect a woman's menstrual cycle? I've read on some med sites that it shouldn't but I want to know for sure... My sister is about 19 yrs old, normal cycle. Started weening onto trileptal and off of keppra over a month ago, taking about four weeks to complete. Her cycle originally 28 days before going on either med and went up to 30 after she started keppra. It has been 34 days now since her last period. At least when she went on keppra she would still get pms symptoms when they would usually be expected, letting her know it was arriving soon, but that is not the case now.. no syptoms, no period, no sign of period. She is starting to wonder if this is something she should worry about... Does any one have any information that might help?

Nudity in children's books strange?

My 12 year old daughter talks to herself?

My 12 year old daughter is constantly talking to herself. It is as if she is having a conversation with other people. Sometimes she is so entranced in these "illusions" that she doesn't notice anyone around her. When I ask who she is talking with she says she is just pretending that she is in different situations, eg: that she lots of friends around and they are playing. It seems as if she does this far too often, maybe 20-30 times a day. The teachers haven't noticed this at school but when I asked her she said that she does do this at school and everyone else does too. Help!?!?!?!?! in-law advice, please? (LONG!)?

My husband's mother-in-law is making me insane! And yes, I know that my husband's mother-in-law is my mom, thank you. That is why I am putting this out on y! answers. I know that she will not see it because she never gets online. I really need to vent. I would appreciate any suggestions that can get me and my kids out of the house. First of all, I do have to say that we are currently living with my parents so we can save up enough money for a down payment on a house. I appreciate my mom letting us stay here rent free, but I'm starting to wonder if it's really worth it. To start, my mother is a hoarder. If you have ever seen the show, she's not quite that bad, but only because she has people constantly cleaning and throwing stuff away. Se gets ticked off when we do clean and throw stuff away, btw. That, I have accepted. Moving on, my mother has no regard for others. She continues to disregard the rules that i have put in place for my kids. I do not allow my children to have milk or snacks right before dinner. This is so they will actually eat what is placed before them. Makes sense, right? Well, I thought so. Either my mom doesn't understand this concept or she doesn't care. Always breaking that rule. Anyway, as part of her hoarding, she refuses to properly load the dishwasher. She insists on cramming EVERY dish in the house in there and then shoving the door shut. The dishwasher was barely squeaking by until this week. She decided that the door to the dishwasher was just being stubborn. It couldn't be the crapload of dishes she had stuffed in there that was keeping the door from closing. Maybe if she just pushed a little harder.... And now we have no (working) dishwasher. She won't wash the dishes by hand, oh no. In fact, she is still putting stuff in there. I can't talk to her without losing my temper, but my husband, wonderful man that he is, finally talked her into putting some money toward a new dishwasher. We will have to pay the majority of the bill, out of the money that is supposed to be going toward the house, but at least we will have clean dishes and one less thing to worry about. That is, until she breaks the new dishwasher, then, I might go beserk. This, among other things what is bothering me at this moment. I know she will not do anything differently, so I guess what I am asking is for suggestions on how to keep calm so we don't get kicked out. I will try anything at this point. Help with seizures!!!?

I started having frontal lobe seizures when I was about 12 or 13. I'm almost 23 now. The seizures I have started out of the blue one day at school and that day I probably had at least 10-12. When I have a seizure I feel really dizzy, get very strange thoughts, smack my mouth, and talk out of my head. After the seizure is over, I cannot remember hardly anything. About two months ago I was driving to pick up my girlfriend and I had a seizure and I called her because I couldn't remember where she lived (we had been dating for over a year and I picked her up almost daily). I was on 13 pills a day at one point but am now totally off my medication. I don't have the seizures near as often as I used to, but still about every 2-3 weeks I'll have a few in a days time. What should I do? They did an EEG and didn't find any tumors or anything and this has effected my social and worklife for many years now. Please help!!!

My budgie keeps squeaking and collapsing and I don't know what to do?

My budgie has collapsed three times today. He has collapsed before but it was last year and he recovered straight away. Birth control question?

So im just wondering what your opinions are. I was on birth control for only a month but had to stop the last four active pills because they were making me sick. and then the next day I had my period for three days whens its normally 4-5. I usually have a 28 day cycle but now its 7 days (now going on a 35 day cycle) past when I should have gotten my period. I don't believe I have any thing to worry about (using the pull out method after I stopped the pill) but is this normal for the period to be pushed back or should it arrived on time? I'm just guessing my period has been out of wack because I stopped the pills early, but I'm not sure. Any opinions are helpful, thanks!

Im 15 and really skinny :(?

Basically I am really skinny, you can see my ribs etc and my arms + legs look like twigs. Summer has arrived and I'm afraid to wear T-shirts because my arms are so thin and I'm embarrassed. I want to put on weight and muscle but I never seem to be able to, I think I have a fast metabolism. After browsing through other questions, all people say is "go to the gym" or something. I would look stupid working out as I look like a skinny twig. Are there any basic foods that I should eat and are there any exercises that I can do in the home without big weights,etc? I also can't change my diet "To much" e.g going on some programme that changes my entire diet. I just need to know are there any basic foods or exercises that will start to help me and make me "less skinny"? Please don't say "go to the gym" as it really doesn't help. Also can you suggest any clothes to wear that perhaps cover my arms as I don't want to wear jumpers in the summer. I've also barely hit puberty. Thanks

Please help! My corn snake bit me!?

So the other day my snake had just arrived from being shipped from CO. Proper baby mouse care?

We recently found a whole litter of baby mice with the mom in an outdoor vacuum so we put them in a safe spot and when i went to see if they were there, there was only two baby mice, one dead and one alive. I took the alive one and put it in an old hamster cage that i have... (I will assure you that i cleaned the cage) and i only have towels and bedding in there (no wheel or bowl) I put 4 small towels and some Care fresh small animals bedding in there. My mom will not let me bring him in the house so i made sure he was warm enough. I feed him some goats milk from the pet store with a small eye dropper every (at the most) 4 hours. Is there anything else that i should do besides what i am doing? I also want to know when he will open his eyes, if he can carry diseases being this young and if I should let him go when he is older. I am working on getting my mom to let me bring him in the house very soon. I honestly don't think that he can carry diseases being this young and that i should not let him go if he is too attached to humans but if he seems to want to leave then i will let him go but i want to know what you think. He already has fur, he is not pink, his eyes are still closed and when he trys to walk he wobbles a little bit because he is so little he only squeaks once in a while and it is very quiet. P.S. I rub is bum to make sure that he pees with a Q-tip that has warm water on it and i also wipe away any milk on his face.. wet or dry. Thank you for your help :)

My Leopard Gecko squeaked?

ok so here's the story....i've had my two gerbils, bonnie and clyde for about 9 weeks now....they were already 4 months old when i got them so they are about six months old now...the man in the pet shop wasnt sure of their sex but when i brought them home i sexed bonnie to be a girl and clyde as a boy....but they havent had babies together before...they are both the sweetest gerbils, who would fall asleep in my hands for hours on end and just love coming out, but the past two weeks have been different. they had bedding all over their cage and tunnels everywhere, but they pushed it all over to the one corner of the cage and now no tunnels remain, there is just bedding with a hole in the middle, like a nest. And the water bottle is emptying a lot faster. Then when i took bonnie out, she started squeaking and wouldnt let me pick her up, and when i did she started nipping at me to get me to put her down and cylde wont sit still for even a second he just rushes to get back into the cage. this has carried on for two weeks now, and i tried holding bonnie again today, she has a tiny little bulge under her belly but it's very tiny.....and she's still behaving the same way, as is clyde....they just want to go back into their cage to carry on making their nest...please help, is bonnie pregnant???????

Life Story? Confused On What Will Happen Next? ( VERY LONG AND DEPRESSING )?

Well, here's my life story at the age of 14: I've had mental problems since I was 5 years old.... not in the mentally retarted way, but the depressing and the " Frontal Wiring " in my brain is messed up. I've lost my friends that I've known since I was in Kindergarten ( I'm a freshman ). I have no friends now, and pretty much everybody hates me. Nobody acknowledges me or realizes anything I do. I've been bullied since Kindergarten and I am still getting bullied. My parents were divorced at my age of 8. They live at seperate houses and my mom has a stalker. I fear for her as well. In 4th grade I was diagnosed with Depression. I had many thoughts of suicide, and nearly killed myself numerous times. In 6th grade, I was bullied like crazy for every reason. All through these years I acted as kind and as generous as I could possibly support, yet, I was treated horribly. In 6th grade, I began an unidentified eating disorder, similar to anorexia. I starved myself for no reason, at merely 120 calories per day. I almost died many times. The doctors said sometimes when I was in the hospital, that I would've died if I fell asleep that day. By this time, I've been through around 4 therapists, because they just couldn't figure me out. Then I was bullied again by an @$$. I lost friends from this conflict. Then, I dropped out of school and spent the rest of the school year crying and sleeping. Then, beginning of 7th grade, I still had the eating disorder with even less of calories per day. I then got into a fight with some kid for no reason, and lost. I lost all of my friends except for 2 there. I then left school again and followed my daily routine... crying.... and, sleeping. Luckily, I am a straight A student, so I still passed. In that Summer, I went to Michigan and received a gift that would change my life forever... a female anery corn snake. My cousin could not care for her anymore, so he gave her to me. Then, I went back to school and I was again bullied... but worse. I still got crap for losing the fight LAST YEAR, up until now. I was extremely depressed. By 1/4 through 8th grade, I had lost all of my friends..... beside 1, but I don't ever hear from him.... so I guess you can call him an old friend. I lost friends that I've known for years. I then collected money to buy more snakes. I bought 2 ball pythons and they will breed next year. Breeding snakes will now be my life career. My only friends are my reptiles. And those reptiles, are people to me. They're my best friends in the entire world. As for the ladys, I don't get too lucky, a girls parents don't like me, and another was baker acted recently and is actually by-sexual. So the moral of this is: Don't feel or be like me. Live your life. I'm only 14 years old and have gone through more stuff than most people in a lifetime. On the contrary, I'm still here. I'm lucky to have survived all of this.

OHMYGOSHH. Me, my sister, and my mom went to see The Hangover : Part 2 yesterday. Just so you know I am 16 and my sister is 19 so I'm not young or anything. I thought it was funny but it was the nastiest, most disgusting, crude, perverted movie I have ever seen. I don't know why they seem to think that penises are funny. What can I do to fix an unaligned jaw?

When I take a picture of myself from a frontal view. I notice that my jaw on the right side of my face is off course a bit. It makes my right side of my face look larger than the left, and makes it look asymmetrical. No ones noticed it unless I point it out to them, I'm a very self conscious person and this just wrecks my confidence and makes me feel really self conscious about my appearance. I might have TMJ, but I'm not too sure if it can cause and unaligned jaw. It's not REALLY noticeable and out of the ordinary, but it's enough to make me concerned. If someone knows of some solutions to fix this, I would greatly appreciate reading them.

Triumph Daytona 675 will not start......?

Yesterday, my 2008 Triumph Daytona 675 would not start for the 1st time, after push starting it and riding it for a while, it would not start again. Bought a brand new battery from the Triumph Dealership and put it in, and it still would not start. Took it to a local auto parts store and they tested and charged it, put it in and it still will not start. Dash and lights turn on fully. In Neutral, with the clutch down, when I push the starter, it makes a single click noise and a quite long squeaking noise. Any help???

Which Shoe is better?

My Maytag washer squeaks and smells like burning?

It started making squeaking and grinding sounds then would quit. I kept using it then it totally quit on me while it was on the rinse cycle. There is now water sitting in the tub. Trouble with squeaking on Saxophone?

I play alto sax and lately, I've been experiencing a lot of squeaking when I go into my highest D, E, and F. Occasionally my middle D will squeak once in a while too. I haven't been noticing this since I opened a new box of reeds (Vandoren 2 1/2). I soaked my reed in my mouth about 20 minutes prior to playing on it the first time, but after just hearing a bunch of squeaks I kept it in longer. I never experienced this problem with my older reed (same brand and strength). I use a Vandoren A27 mouthpiece and a Rovner ligature, if that matters. What can I do to stop it from squeaking?

I went to a crucial care after month of head pressure my vision blurring. My doctor kept saying it was sinusitis. A couple of days ago I went to a crucial care and got a CT scan. They told me that I have a right frontal 6mm meningioma or osteoma that is benign. I went back got a referral to a neurologist for next week. What should I do? What are the likely treatments I am 47 years old. Anybody has any experience of what I should do?

What do i do when the police fail to make any contact with us to follow up after a home invasion?

Very odd, sometimes things like this take a matter of months, but ive seen situations like this happen, and everytime, it ends up on the news. It scares the people who failed to do they're jobs right and makes them try and fix it fast before a big event happens because of it. I would say to contact your local news, but if you think of any other way, then stick with that, my answer should be a back up when there is nothing else left to do.

Is my rat acting normal?

I had two rats, one was 9 months and the other is 10 weeks old. Unfortunately the 9 month old died due to respiratory problems that was too severe, they said even before i adopted him he probably had this problem. This left the 10 week old alone, so i bought a new companion for him, who was about 6 weeks old and is soo tiny. I've been following the introductory stages for about a week and now i've placed them both in the primary cage. The thing is that the 10 week old rat keeps dragging the little rat into the sleeping quarters and whenever the little rat wants to explore he keeps taking him back and often stays with it. He picks the little one up like a mother would and literally drags it back, which makes the little one squeak but hasn't drawn any blood. Is this normal and should i separate them again? will it lead to aggression or is he being like a surrogate mother to the little one? (who is about 7 - 8 weeks old now) Thanks

Stroke survival rates for moderate stroke with brain occlusion?

My mother in law just suffered a sub cortical frontal lobe moderate stroke . I cannot find enough info regarding recurrent stroke, long term survival etc She has a son who lives cross country and was planning to move back in 4-5 months after he is laid off from his job . My husband, 61, has been diagnosed with "prominent frontal lobe atrophy" of the brain, due to insufficient blood supply to the brain caused by congestive heart failure. Question: Does frontal lobe atrophy lead to frontal lobe dementia, and if so, how fast does it develop? I am aware that this is a question for his physician, however, I have not received any straight answers; I have a feeling it is out of concern not to upset me, however I would like to get as much information as possible. So on the front of the HTC Inspire, on the right hand side of the speaker that you put up to your ear when on the phone talking, there's a circle that looks like it should be the blinker for when you have text messages and such, but it's not. Depressed guinea pig?

I've had my male guinea pig for about 2 years and I'm starting to worry about him. When he was younger he loved to play and run, but for the past year he has gained weight and is scared of everything. When I try to let him run around, he sits still and squeaks or runs under me and hides. He does no physical activity! I've let him go outside, in my room, everywhere. He just sits. He doesn't like being taken out of his cage, even though I"ve never hurt him or anything. He also will not associate with other pigs if he sees them. I just want him to be happy. Any tips?

How much should I be able to sell my 98 dodge neon for?

I just bought this car a few days ago. And my dad told me to sell it before it stops working. I spent $600 on it. Its a 1998 dodge neon. Reconstructed title. No radio, but otherwise pretty good interior. The tires are OKAY but probably should be changed soon. The breaks need replaced, they squeak really bad and the pads are low. Tires need aligned or whatever. I just changed the oil and filter. It has a transmission fluid leak. The water pump needs replaced. The timing belt apparently needs replaced. The paint is coming off in some places in the front, and there is quite a bit of body damage because it was stolen and i guess they must have run into a few things. its really a piece of crap so I need to sell it, whats the most I could sell it for.

Trouble playing high notes on trumpet?

I hadn't played for like five days.. (usually I play everyday but something happened where I wasn't able to.) And yesterday I picked it back up. I've been playing for about 5 years. I wasn't serious about it at first but I've got pretty good and I love it. Ever since I resumed my practice routine, I can barely hit high C above the staff and high D and E. Usually I can play very well with a nice tone to double G and I can squeak up higher. But I am not doing so well. Did I permanently ruin my range? What can I do? I'm freaking out-- I'm going to be a sophomore and after the required freshman concert band I'm in the highest band in school and I want to try to get first chair and band camp starts the end of July so I was hoping to show I've got better..
