What to do about differential diagnosis?

I went to the doctor and I thought it was my sinuses but the doctor told me it was allergies. But my forehead is hurting my right at the frontal point of my sinuses. The doctor looked though my nose and he saw nothing. I still think it might be sinus related but I just don't have the power to ask for another opinion. This doctor has saved my life through illness.
