Bacholerette party from hell?

so, i just recently had a my bacholerette party last weekend and since i wasnt having a big wedding, i didnt expect the most fanciest party ever. however, about a month ago it was determined my best friend . lets call her "susan" , was not going to be planning anything. well, another friend ( nicole) decided to step up and do the whole thing. well susan never helped with anything and didnt really care if we even had one. so the day of i get to nicole's house and susan is there helping set up. after everyone arrives susan refuses to participate in anything and even had the nerve to mention that it was "unfair " she couldnt bring her 1 yr old to my party and she would rather be with her. so i tell her she can go if she wants its not a big deal, im thinking she is just frustrated about something else..no!!! she says " ok , well i will see yall later" about an hour into this party. she refused to drink or play games and she knew we were going out and she purposefully didnt dress up and made that known. she hasnt called or texted since. she made it seem like I was bothering her by not letting her bring her baby to a FREAKING BACH PARTY!!!! ..i was ill and hurt by that. my night sucked and i really wanted to cry bc she has been my best friend for about 15 years now and suddenly her thing is that "unless we invite her baby she isnt coming"...TO ANYTHING. and she dosent invite us to do anything with her. i havent said anything yet bc i dont know what to say. ive invited her to do things many, many times and she never comes so she knows how i feel i just dont know what to do???..any help?
