Bigger girl wearing smaller pants. Adults only please.?

I have a friend, we are not very close or anything, and she wears pants that are WAAAYYY to tight on her. It gives her a... frontal wedgie, to put it lightly, and people make fun of her for it all the time. I would love to just tell her, but I don't want to hurt her feelings. How can I help?
