Head ache or tension?

So since Monday afternoon..it got hotter and I was out and about with my fam running errands. I got home with this weird feeling in my head, like I was light headed and then aches around my frontal lobe, temple, neck and jaw. I tried drowning stomach with water, room temperature, not cold, but I just kept going to the bathroom. I don't drink as much water a day as I should but I never had this before. I thought it was a tension head ache, since I work nights I can get tired during the day, but it hasn't gone away and now its been three days. Ive had nausea sometimes and trouble getting good breaths, but that's not too bad now. Just my head feels heavy still and only when I sleep I dont feel this discomfort.
