Help with seizures!!!?

I started having frontal lobe seizures when I was about 12 or 13. I'm almost 23 now. The seizures I have started out of the blue one day at school and that day I probably had at least 10-12. When I have a seizure I feel really dizzy, get very strange thoughts, smack my mouth, and talk out of my head. After the seizure is over, I cannot remember hardly anything. About two months ago I was driving to pick up my girlfriend and I had a seizure and I called her because I couldn't remember where she lived (we had been dating for over a year and I picked her up almost daily). I was on 13 pills a day at one point but am now totally off my medication. I don't have the seizures near as often as I used to, but still about every 2-3 weeks I'll have a few in a days time. What should I do? They did an EEG and didn't find any tumors or anything and this has effected my social and worklife for many years now. Please help!!!
