Please help how do i tell her i like her?

Tone down on the snobbiness, ok? To tell her that you like her, after class, pull her to the side and quietly tell her you like her, like, "(insert name here), I like you a lot. You're smart, pretty and funny. I just want to know if you feel the same way." If you find out she doesn't like you that way, leave it be and act friendly towards her.
