Random twitching, any ideas?

Ok this might seem strange to most of you, but lately I've been getting headaches everyday (left and right frontal lobes) and they aren't too bad, but when I started getting headaches is when I noticed the random twitching in my feet. Its in both my feet and at first it was maybe about 3-5 times a day but more recently its been pretty frequent. It's not in any other part of my body, just my feet. They would bounce or just randomly lift up. I don't think this is serious, I was just wondering if anyone has/have the same thing or if its just part of growing up? Im 16.
