Ugg teenage body growing sucks!! HELP!!?

ok so im 14. and usually by now, girls either have an hourglass figure or just an average stomach. well usually the girl's head is as wide as the torso. but mine, well...ive been called thick but now i think that im fat. yes ik thick means big boobs and butt with small waist but i think i have a small head with a wider stomach. is this normal? the fact tht other people think im skinny but i think im wide when i look at myself full frontal? Please help!!!
