What are my brother's chances?

Intracranial bleeding is always serious because it causes pressure inside the brain which results in permanent brain damage. If hes heart rate and respirations are still not stable after 12 hours that is a very bad sign and even if he lives he may have suffered permanent damage which cannot be fixed. I would not go very far from the hospital for at least the next 24 hours.
