Drawing human figure from behind?

I'm a little rusty on drawing the human figure in correct proportions. I'm trying to draw a girl and a boy holding a jar in between them looking out into the distance. I can draw it from frontal view, but not from the back. Proportions are off and the feet/legs come out looking like horse legs and hooves. Any good tutorials out there?
